Pork Tenderloin with Boletus Stew is elaborated in a traditional way (slow-cook). Once cooked, the Pork tenderloin and the sauce are poured in a tin. The tin is hermetically closed and sterilized by heating. Sterilization allows room temperature storage for a long time.
